When I say plan, I don’t mean adding dates in to a calendar. I mean envisioning what goals you would like to achieve, accomplish and actualize. Setting goals is important to crafting your future. Having goals gives you a guide on how you should lead you life. With your goals in mind, you can make better decisions.
In 2016, I had one goal of being more healthy and losing weight. I am happy to say I have lost 25 pounds and have drastically changed my eating leading to better health. There was some hard times when deciding food options and which parties I would have to skip because the food would be too tempting. But with each decision I kept my goal in mind and the results followed.
I haven’t decided all of my goals for 2017 as yet but I can’t wait to sit down with a cup of tea and write down all of the things I want and need out of 2017.
I definitely need more time with family, travel and more moola! Ha!
